I have worked Wellsford since 2007 and worked in the kitchen cooking healthy meals for our lovely children at preschool. I now work as a teacher aide to support the teachers and children at meal times, rest times and with daily chores at the centre. I love working in a family environment and building trusting relationships with our children and families. These early years are so precious and being able to help and support our children through their learning and development and in providing opportunities and experiences that create fond childhood memories that they will cherish.

I was born in Brisbane, Australia and went to school in Darwin. I trained as a nurse aid at Prince Charles Hospital where I worked for 10 years. I am married to Paul Bennett and we have 3 grown up children Scott, Melissa and Lillian, and two grandsons. My hobbies are knitting, sewing, cross stitch, gardening, cooking and reading.
